Sony Rumored To Drop PS3 Price

There have been rumors of Sony cutting the price of their PS3 console since the day the console was released, but none of those clarion calls were heard as clear as this one – where the fabled announcement will be done to coincide with the next release of EA Sports’ Madden this fall. Any console price cut will most likely result in a boost in sales, and this could very well be true considering rumors of the PS3 Slim have yet to be fleshed out, missing out on the recent E3 annoucement.
