David Baker has filed a patent on triangular keys for virtual keyboards called “Crocodile Keyboard”. The idea is that there is more space between the keys, so it reduces the chances of hitting the wrong one. Mr. Baker suggests that this keyboard should be tightly integrated into key applications like email and texting, although we don’t see why it could not be a simple replacement for the existing keyboard. Anyway, we would love to see it in action or try it.
