DIY Long Distance Wireless Shutter Trigger

Sometimes if you want something done, you’ve just gotta do it yourself without waiting for your mates or huge corporations to move first. Nature photographer and maker Marco Jetti has longed for a device which enables his to capture images of animals from a distance, and he decided to build one for himself thanks to a pair of walkie-talkies and a custom circuit, resulting in a long distance wireless shutter trigger that is capable of releasing the shutter from almost a whole kilometer away – at least that’s what he claims.
