Epson Stylus Photo PX650 all-in-one printer

Epson has a new printer in town – the Stylus Photo PX650 all-in-one. This device won’t target office drones although it won’t perform half bad in such environments, but would very much prefer to unite with a digital photographer or other creative types. After all, it comes with a 2.5″ LCD display that can connect directly to your digital camera, allowing you to preview images that you want to print out without having to go through the traditional middleman, ala PC. Other features include PictBridge support, a memory card slot as well as copying and scanning at 1,200DPI resolution. Epson’s PX650 will utilize Claria Photographic Ink that is touted to last up to 200 years – long enough for your successive generations to see just how you looked like on printed paper during the days of your youth. It will arrive in the UK for around $215 this September, followed by a US launch.
