Gmail Sheds Beta Tag

Looks like Google has finally shed the Beta tag attached to its Gmail service, even though it has been relatively stable throughout the years of its existence. Well, Gmail isn’t the only Google product to receive such a “certification”, as Google Calendar, Google Docs and Google Talk are no longer under the Beta umbrella any more. Unfortunately, the jump from Beta to a fully fledged product does nothing different when it comes to features, so we’ll just have to be content with what we enjoy at the moment.
