AT&T looks set to unleash their latest handset, the Samsung A887 Solstice. Originally known as the Infinity, the Solstice’s release will not coincide with any solar eclipse though. AT&T seems to have set a relatively low price point of $99.99 for the Solstice, which will be accompanied by a 2-year contract and a $50 mail-in rebate as well. This mid-range touchscreen phone will boast features including A-GPS, Video Share, stereo Bluetooth connectivity, email, instant messaging and a 2-megapixel camera. It must be noted that the TouchWiz user interface will also see action in the Solstice just like a host of other Samsung handsets.
