Each model from this line will be equipped with FireWire 800 and USB 2.0 ports, where the 2.5″ hard drive within will be powered solely by the bus system, making it suitable for MacBook Pro owners who would need the entire 800Mbps of bandwidth. As for the casing, it isn’t coated in Teflon but is made out of scratch-resistant aluminum. You will be able to pick up the 250GB, 320GB and 500GB models for $110, $140 and $180, respectively. All these drives spin at 5400RPM and come with 8MB of cache.
