webOS 1.1 For Palm Pre

The Palm Pre isn’t even out for a quarter and word has gone out that webOS 1.1 will be released within the month according to an anonymous tipster. Most of the updates are set on beefing up the Pre’s enterprise and corporate features that will comprise of :-

• IT-initiated remote wipe
• Required PIN with complexity
• Device wipe after a certain number of failed PIN attempts
• Auto-lock
• Improved digital certificates

Palm hopes to release the update within the month.
