Buffalo’s latest MiniStation DataVault will bring 500GB of storage space that works unlike other conventional solutions, since this model boasts automatic full disk encryption as well as a ruggedized shock-resistant design to make sure your data within will be pretty hard to compromise. This $244 device will be USB-powered and available from the middle of the month onwards in Japan, with a pretty high possibility of seeing it arrive in other parts of the world later.
