Dell has expanded its Vostro family with a trio of new models, namely the 1014, 1015 and 1088. These notebooks will be powered by an Intel Core 2 processor and can hold up to 4GB RAM. They also share an improved battery life courtesy of its WLED LCD display, accompanied by 5400RPM hard drives that max out at 320GB. Additional features include 5-in-1 memory card readers, an optional 2-megapixel webcam and obviously differently sized monitors. The 1088 has the added advantage of an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330 within that clearly outpaces the Intel integrated graphics chipset found in the 1014 and 1015. There is no word on pricing, but we’re looking at £255 upwards.
