Just how fast do you think your GPS unit is able to clock? Some guys decided to take their Garmin Nuvi 265WT on a Cessna 750 plane, and when mounted on one of the passenger windows, the Nuvi was capable of maintaining its satellite lock and report speeds in excess of 500mph – too bad it did terribly in terms of altitude, where there was a discrepancy of several thousand feet which could prove fatal if that’s all you have to rely on while you’re in the air. Guess this $200 device won’t have any problem keeping up with your Ferrari, eh?
