The FCC has finally given their nod of approval to the Android-powered Huawei U8220, although this model will be launched as the T-Mobile Pulse. There is no word on whether the Pulse will come with T-Mobile USA’s 3G connectivity (1700MHz), so the chances are high that the approved handset will probably head for Europe instead. Still, we’re keeping our fingers crossed that T-Mobile will roll out the Pulse/U8220 Stateside in due time. At least it has been confirmed that the Pulse will come with HSDPA and Bluetooth connectivity, but apart from that, other details remain sketchy or non-existent.
