IPEVO is a well known name when it comes to telecommunications devices as well as USB-based VoIP peripherals, and this time round the company has released the P2V USB Camera that eliminates the need for a webcam to remain at the standard “talking heads” perspective. Features that are special to the IPEVO P2V USB camera include an autofocus marco mode and a maximum resolution of 2-megapixels, allowing one to go within a couple of inches of a subject while capturing impressive close-up images. It will arrive at retail stores later this month, and something tells us that other folks wouldn’t think twice about using this to explain a particular toothache problem, much to the chagrin of the friend on the other end of the line.
