The iPom 2.1 stereo speaker system feeds off a USB flash drive or an SD memory card as long as you have the right audio format files stored on those. Amazingly enough, this is not an iPod dock of sorts, although you can plug in other portable media players through its 3.5mm AUX input jack. Apart from 18 watts of total output, the iPom is accompanied by a 12w subwoofer for that added punch. Looks as though this is the device to get if you’re interested in picking up a present for a lady in your life who is in need of a speaker, otherwise it would shave off a good ten points of your masculine rating among your colleagues.
