
Word has it that a future version of the iTunes software from Apple could possibly offer Blu-ray disc support in addition to visual management and rearrangement capabilities for the App Store software alongside integration with social media Web sites. Should the mentioned scenario happen, we wouldn’t be too surprised since the upcoming iMac lineup will probably incorporate Blu-ray drives as well in order to make the jump to the world of high definition entertainment. Funny how things changes so far and fast in the world these days – just less than a year ago, Apple demigod Steve Jobs dubbed Blu-ray technology “a bag of hurt.”
