An anonymous Mac mini owner in Japan recently claimed, with images to boot, to have in hand an install DVD of Snow Leopard. This piece of news has heightened the awareness of rumors that Snow Leopard will be released by Apple later this week, ahead of its September roll out date. Several other whispers have also pointed out to an August 28th launch, so we’ll just keep our fingers crossed as to the final, actual release date. What you see here is the purported disc’s content. Well, we don’t think a release that happens slightly earlier or later would really matter, right? After all, the world will still go on. Image courtesy of Engadget.
