Motorola has let loose that the W403 will be available in the near future, and was touted to be “an all-in-one music and camera phone”. Available in a classic clamshell design, it will sport a youthful metallic look and feature the following :-
- Dual-band GSM/GPRS connectivity (850/1900/900/1800MHz)
- 1.8″ internal display
- 96 x 32 pixels CLI monochromatic external display
- MP3 player
- Integrated FM radio
- 2.5mm headset jack (bummer!)
- Bluetooth connectivity
- CrystalTalk technology
- VGA camera with video recording
- 7MB internal memory
- microSD memory card slot
This looks set to be an extremely basic phone even for 2009, so expect to pick this up for free with a contract in most places.
