Motorola W403 announced

Motorola has let loose that the W403 will be available in the near future, and was touted to be “an all-in-one music and camera phone”. Available in a classic clamshell design, it will sport a youthful metallic look and feature the following :-

• Dual-band GSM/GPRS connectivity (850/1900/900/1800MHz)
• 1.8″ internal display
• 96 x 32 pixels CLI monochromatic external display
• MP3 player
• Integrated FM radio
• 2.5mm headset jack (bummer!)
• Bluetooth connectivity
• CrystalTalk technology
• VGA camera with video recording
• 7MB internal memory
• microSD memory card slot

This looks set to be an extremely basic phone even for 2009, so expect to pick this up for free with a contract in most places.
