
Young Fast Optoelectronics from Taiwanis currently working on analog matrix resistive (AMR) multi-touch panels that will see action in netbooks, where they are targeting an end 2009 release date. Following that, Young Fast (what a name!) aims to offer a handful of capacitive multi-touch panels to the market where they will be affixed to netbooks as well. Currently, nine multi-touch panel suppliers have already received the Windows 7 Logo certification, and we can’t wait to see how they will perform when the operating system is unleashed upon the masses.
