Word has it that AT&T will be pulling off the Nokia 6650 from its store shelves as it experienced certain “issues” such as resets and poor battery life. It seems as though only folks living in the southern part of Florida were “suffering” from such problems, but AT&T had to make a hard and fast decision because the 3rd carrier capability is expected to roll out across the network nationwide, leaving AT&T with the only choice to stop selling the 6650 nationwide. All affected equipment will have to be returned to the Dallas/Fort. Worth distribution center by the end of August.
