OCZ has released its Agility EX Series of SSDs that ushers in affordable prices for SLC NAND-based SSDs. The Agility EX merges the best of both worlds, bringing together perfomance advantages of SLC NAND technology without having to break the bank. It relies on the quality Indilinx controller to deliver an enhanced computing experience that boasts faster application loading, speedier data access, a shorter boot-up time and a longer battery life. Housed in a durable and lightweight chassis, the Agility EX SSD is able to hit read and write speeds of 255MB/s and 195MB/s, respectively, thanks to its 64MB of onboard cache and special performance optimization that enables the drives to run at peak performance.
