Word has it that Samsung will be shipping the N510 netbook this September in the US, which is about time, too. This 11.6″ netbook will come with a 1,366 x 768 resolution display, while HDMI output allows you to view high definition movies on your HDTV. Don’t worry about whether this little device is able to have enough juice to do so – it will be based on the NVIDIA ION platform that ought to be able to process HD video and Blu-ray playback without breaking a sweat. It remains to be seen whether people would adopt the Samsung N510 for $599 when it is available just for HD video playback, since the price point is considerably higher compared to a standard netbook of its size. What do you think?
