Santech is not a name that many will be familiar with, but their latest offering comes in the form of a 13.3″ notebook that unfortunately, won’t be able to offer much punch in the performance department no thanks to an Intel SU3500 1.4GHz processor, assisted by 2GB RAM and a 160GB hard drive. The €701 price tag attached to it does make one think twice on whether to invest that kind of money in a real notebook instead. One good point about this would be its claimed 12-hour battery life though, which makes it suitable for trans-Atlantic flights without having to rely on a Business Class seat and its included power outlet.
