The Sharp Mirumo 934SH come with a standard full color internal display, where the external display relies on a black and white screen that sips much less juice instead while being able to show off any number of applications and animations. The use of “memory liquid crystal” display uses up a tiny fraction of the power consumed by the phone’s main display. This is a Japan-only handset – hopefully something like this will make its way to our shores in the not-too-distant future.
