Sonaecom supports 21.6Mbps download links

Sonaecom and Huawei have come together to celebrate their successful launch of their HSPA+ (High Speed Packet Access Evolution) services, where this network is able to support downlink data rate of up to 21.6 Mbps. It will be some time before hardware and cellphones are able to take full advantage of that speed, since the best cellphones these days support 7.2Mbps at most. Huawei aims to address this problem by providing an end-to-end solution with state-of-the-art HSPA+ networks and customized mobile broadband modems for us end users, and we can’t wait to see these make an appearance.
