Vivitek H1080FD projector

Vivitek recently announced their H1080FD projector that will go below the $1,000 price point by a mere dollar, featuring native 1080p (1920×1080) resolution, 1,800 lumens of brightness and a contrast ratio of 5,000:1. Other connectivity options include a couple of HDMI ports, Composite Video, S-Video, Component Video, RS-232c and a 12v Trigger. It will be powered by a DLP chipset from Texas Instruments which is touted to guarantee that the digital images displayed will not fade or degrade over time.
