Everything has a beginning and an end, and this applies to the Xbox 360 Pro this time round as an image of a Meijer catalogue due on August 30 point towards a price cut for the 360 Elite that will place it in the Pro category, which means that the Pro will more or less be phased out entirely. This would mean users have but two models to choose from then – the Arcade and 120GB Elite, making it a no-brainer when it comes to a purchase decision. Will this price cut, if true, actually help boost sales of the Xbox 360 in Japan which until now is being outsold weekly by the ancient PS2?
