50-inch Panasonic 3D set coming soon

Panasonic is dead set on upping the ante in the world of home entertainment, with their new 50″ 3D plasma TV more than ready to set new benchmarks in the industry. Being a 3D TV, you are required to wear a pair of special glasses in order to enjoy whatever images that are played, with some of them looking as though they are about to jump right at your face. Expect to see the prototype at CEATEC in Japan from early next month onwards, with a commercial version being prepped to roll out in time for 2010.
