Apple TV upgrade not happening

At least, that’s what “very reliable sources” claim – the much awaited Apple TV upgrade won’t see action at Apple’s event that is scheduled for next Wednesday, in direct contradiction to what Piper Jaffray analyst Gene Munster touted for September 9th to see the debut of the 40GB Apple TV model which points toward a new hardware model, a lower price point or even both. What do you think – will the Apple event be a damper if the Apple TV upgrade is not revealed, or will you only classify it as a failure when even the rumored Apple tablet fails to make an appearance?
