It looks like the folks who picked up the entry-level Nokia Mural from AT&T might have been a little shortchanged. Apparently the device only runs on AT&T’s 2G network, instead of the 3G network as promised. From an AT&T memo leak, the company is blaming it on Nokia’s factories. The faulty devices will have to be sent back to Nokia to be re-flashed. AT&T will have to send the devices back to Nokia by Sept 25th. A spokesperson for AT&T has said that folks who don’t want a replacement can get an alternative. Sounds a little sloppy of Nokia to be honest, but accidents do happen.
