The Chumby One looks set for a November release, where it will come in a new hard chassis, complete with a souped up processor, integrated FM and Internet radio. You ought to find the increase in speed from 350MHz to 454MHz to be a boon, although the 3.5″ touchscreen display at 320 x 240 resolution has not changed. Currently, there are around 1,500 Chumby widgets which you can load onto it including Google Calendar, Facebook and Pandora radio among others, although this isn’t a “must have” item yet. Expect to fork out around $100 for this.
