
It sure looks like the whole issue of MMS on Apple’s iPhone isn’t going to be as easy as it seems. It might seem to be over reacting a bit, but an iPhone owner in Minnesota has joined a class-action lawsuit because Apple and AT&T failed to provide MMS by “late summer” as promised. MMS came out about a whole 2 months later, wow. The fact that some folks are still struggling to get MMS on their iPhones despite the feature being launched probably just makes this issue a little worse.
