Class Action Lawsuit For iPhone MMS Delay

It sure looks like the whole issue of MMS on Apple’s iPhone isn’t going to be as easy as it seems. It might seem to be over reacting a bit, but an iPhone owner in Minnesota has joined a class-action lawsuit because Apple and AT&T failed to provide MMS by “late summer” as promised. MMS came out about a whole 2 months later, wow. The fact that some folks are still struggling to get MMS on their iPhones despite the feature being launched probably just makes this issue a little worse.
