Yeah, what you see above plays on that back in the days where there were no such thing as cellphones, and the Color Rings will play on that premise by being an ultra-portable Bluetooth headset that also doubles up as a fashion accessory. One can only speculate that this works using Bluetooth connectivity, where you wear the rings on your thumb and pinky, with one end functioning as the microphones while the other is the headset. A built-in distance sensor also knows whether you are about to make/receive a call whenever you place your hand to your head. We wonder what happens when you use the same hand to scratch an itch on the scalp – will it make an accidental phone call?
