
The FCC has approved the HTC Desire – also known among certain circles as the Predator. While very little else is known about the Desire, it does, er heighten our desire (pardon the pun) to get hold of this Android-powered smartphone. It will apparently support EVDO-based 3G connectivity, with rumors swirling that the HTC Desire will be headed for Verizon when available, presumably sometime next month. Ah well, why not wait to let time confirm or quash all rumors?
