The Apple iPhone will finally make its way to China from October 15th onwards, where the 8GB and 16GB models will ship for $293 and $439 thereabouts, respectively. Of course, that would also mean being tethered to a 2-year contract with China Unicom with a plan from as low as $27 monthly. Do you think the iPhone will make it big in that part of the world? After all, it can hope on its 690 million strong cellphone user base, although how many of those are able to afford an iPhone is another question.
