JVC HD Everio GZ HM400 camcorder

JVC’s latest HD Everio GZ-HM400 camcorder will merge both form and function into a single device, where it will feature the following :-

  • SD/SDHC memory card slot
  • 32GB internal memory
  • 10.3-megapixel CMOS sensor
  • 9-megapixel still image shots
  • Full HD video recording
  • Konica Minolta HD Lens

JVC has employed its own optical image stabilizer that relies on a couple of active prisms to correct camera shake at the lens entrance before the image enters the lens in order to snap superb images, regardless of whether you are zoomed in or shooting wide. Controls are a snap to learn, where even an avid beginner can become well versed with the device after spending a short time with it. You can choose from a trio of high-speed recording modes at 600fps, 300fps and 120fps. Face Detection technology makes snapping a family photo easy, where it can identify up to 16 faces accurately while adjusting both focus and exposure. Expect the JVC HD Everio GZ-HM400 to retail for $999.95. [Press Release]
