JVC’s latest PICSIO GC-FM1 camcorder is one tiny wonder, where it will just add another 95 grams to your pocket while taking up a mere 53mm x 97mm x 17mm worth of space. Features of the GC-FM1 include an 8-megapixel sensor for taking great still photos, while those who want to record video will have to settle for a 2-megapixel sensor, where it is able to capture 1080p video on an SDHC memory card in MPEG-4, AVC, or H.254 formats. You will find the 2″ LCD display sufficient for previews of shot videos, while an HDMI out port lets you hook it up to a nearby HDTV and share the fruits of your labor with others. Just in case you’re running out of storage space and don’t have a spare SDHC memory card in tow, you can always opt to record in VGA and QVGA video modes.
