The Mission One electric motorcycle has garnered yet another world record for its achievements – by hitting 161mph to break the official 150.059mph mark under the electric motorcycle category, making it speedier compared to 70% of gasoline-powered motorcycles in the market at the moment. It is even more impressive that this feat was achieved under sub-optimal conditions, with relatively high speed cross-winds and “poor salt conditions” on the ground threatening to send this record-breaking attempt into a tailspin. Makes us shudder just what its capabilities are under optimal conditions then.
