NEC NP4100W projector targets large venues

NEC has released a projector that is ready for prime time action in large venues – the NP1400W. This projector comes with a pretty beefed up 5,500 ANSI lumens brightness, making it more than suitable for large venues and spaces where there is little or no light control. DLP technology is utilized for improved contrast and response time. Apart from that, you as the organizer can choose to fit the NP4100W with optional lenses in order to support a variety of screen sizes, from 40″ all the way to 500″ – at distances ranging from 2.8 feet to 304 feet. In addition, you can use single or dual lamps, depending on how you implement the entire set up. Other features include a resolution count of 1,280 x 800, a contrast ratio is 2,100:1 and DVI-D with HDCP, RCA, S-Video component and 15-pin BNC connectivity. [Press Release]
