Once this technology has been perfected, you probably won’t need to worry about there not being enough players to play a team sport. You just need to save enough money to buy robots like Hajime 33. It’s an athletic robot, but don’t expect it to become a Michael Jordan nor any other sports person at the moment. It is certainly for cool to see what kind of new ides people are coming up with. Hajime 33 weighs about 44 pounds, and it’s hardly what we’d call an expert on the field. But it’s certainly good to see people moving forward and developing more complicated robots.
