Sony Ericsson’s Yari a.k.a. U100a has paid a visit to the FCC, and so it seems like the phone will be appearing in the US fairly soon. If the picture didn’t illustrate it already, the Yari sports a slider form factor. One of the more interesting features of the Yari is its gesture controls, which are aiming to make your games more fun. While there isn’t any official information on a release date or pricing just yet, we do have the specifications, which include:
- UMTS
- GSM GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900
- 5-megapixel camera with flash
- Front-facing camera
- Stereo speakers
- Bluetooth
- Wi-Fi
- GPS
- Memory card expansion
- 2.4-inch 240 x 320 display
