Sony PSP price cut

Sony might be touting their PSPgo for some time now, but it is good to know that others who are more interested in the plain old PSP-3000 will be able to pick it up at a 15% discount in Japan, dropping the price to approximately $185 in that part of the world from October 1st onwards. This decision might seem to make the PSPgo more out of reach for most people, but on the other hand it does make it more affordable than the Nintendo DSi. We wonder whether the rest of the world will be able to enjoy a similar price cut.
