MeDaVinci of England is currently working on a foot scanner that supposedly helps diabetics look out for dangerous signs of infection and inflammation. Known as the Vincent 50, it actually makes “non weight-bearing” images of the foot, allowing professionals to obtain a better view of any possible damage so that further preventive action can be taken. Without placing any pressure on the foot, the image obtained will be able to display every aspect of the foot and skin.
