Most netbooks that we know of lack an optical disc drive for obvious reasons, but the Webbook will come with a built-in CD/DVD drive – trust the folks in China to come up with something like this. Tucked nicely in no man’s land, the Webbook will probably run on Linux or Windows XP, where it will feature other similar netbook specifications ranging from its Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz processor, 1GB RAM, a 160GB hard drive, 802.11/b/g/n Wi-Fi connectivity and a 10.1″ display at 1,024 x 600 resolution. Don’t expect this to be super slim though since it will sport the aforementioned optical disc drive, but you can’t have your cake and eat it too, right?
