Buffalo has claimed the title of “world’s first” for their Buffalo HD-HXU3 USB 3.0 hard drive, shipping to retail stores everywhere. It will come in 1TB and 1.5TB flavors that retail for approximately $225 and $285, respectively, while those who are willing to wait a little bit longer can opt for the $525 2TB drive when it ships sometime after this month.
