Long after CES is over, D-Link has started to ship its Xtreme N DIR-685 all-in-one router that debuted earlier this year in January. It will sport an integrated Wi-Fi N module within, letting you communicate with a variety of network attached storage devices, while its 3.2″ LCD display lets you view streaming video as you like, or you can even opt to use this as a digital photo frame instead. The screen will show up information such as device status through the use of graphs and gauges. In addition, D-Link’s SharePort technology allows networked computers to share printers and other USB devices. Other functions include a built-in FTP server, a programmable screen and NAS support among others. The D-Link Xtreme N DIR-685 router will retail for $300.
