As long as you purchase popular PCs including the Inspiron 15 or 17 laptop, Studio 15 laptop, Inspiron 546 or Studio desktop, they will install Windows 7 Premium on said machines before shipping it to your doorstep without any additional charges. Folks who love DIY can always opt for the Windows 7 Technical Upgrade program, where the Windows 7 upgrade kit will be shipped to you within a few weeks of October 22.
