Looks like the DigiCube Z8 MID phone has been rebranded as the EKING S515, where the latter looks set to arrive in the market earlier than the former. Hitting the China market sometime next month, the S515 will be powered by an Intel Atom Z515 1.2GHz processor, accompanied by 16GB SSD internal memory, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, 3G support, a sliding QWERTY keyboard, a 5″ WVGA touchscreen display and the option to run on either Windows XP or Linux operating systems. No idea on pricing, but it looks set to see action on China Telecom CDMA2000, China Mobile TD-SCDMA and China Unicom’s WCDMA 3G networks.
