The HP Mini 311 will most likely receive a boost in the near future when Windows 7 is available, where one is able to choose from Windows 7 Starter, Basic, Premium and Professional. Apart from that, one can also expect the Mini 311 to be a decent mobile entertainer with full NVIDIA ION support, accompanied by up to 3GB RAM and a choice between 250GB/320GB hard drives or an 80GB SSD. Hopefully the $399 price point can be retained, with the souped-up version most likely costing a bit more.
