Nokia 6788 announced in China

Nokia has just announced its first device for TD-SCDMA in China, the Nokia 6788 handset that is a hallmark device as it boasts the close collaboration between Nokia and China Mobile. This China Mobile-specific handset will ovver a 5-megapixel camera with dual LED flash, a 2.8″ QVGA display, speedy Internet surfing and the Symbian S60 operating system to get you up and running right out of the box. As for the design of the 6788 itself, it was inspired by traditional Chinese furniture and architecture, where the handset is expected to hit the market at the end of this year. [Press Release]
