
Another page in the Pystar-Apple saga has been written, and now it seems like Pystar has asked for summary judgments. Doing so would avoid a trial, which would probably cost both companies a lot of money, which we’re fairly sure both parties want to avoid. If for some reason the judge doesn’t issue a summary judgment (favoring either party), it looks like we’re in for a long lengthy battle, though we have to admit, this issue has been going on for quite a while already, long enough, don’t you think?
